Although we realistically have a few months for the Series to kick-off. But I am waiting impatiently!! I spoke my partner Larry Hughes as he was headed out to the Indy trade show (he also is a Parts Unlimited Rep.) to do sponsorship recruiting and I'm about to jump out of my seat to hear what he brings back.
The AMA Sanctioned event will be bigger and better once again in 2011! Though we have big shoes to fill considering the entries went up 25% in '10, even racers from Florida to Arizona, we are preparred to tackle it and make it even bigger than last year. It is easily becoming one of the States Premiere series', not to mention we added Freestone County Raceway who is famous for bringing the AMA Outdoor Nat'l back to Texas (round 2 in 2011), their promoter Tom Shields and successful businessman and owner Tony Miller.
So how could I not be exstatic? Check back frequently for this years series dates! See you all at the MES Opener!! Ride Safe
Outlaw452.com Sticks with the Main Event Series
From Houston, TX
Outlaw452.com Has Found It's Home! I am proud to say the least that the first year on was a lot of fun but really a way to get an understanding the other side of the fence. 2010 was the second year that we, well I was at a better business stand point to bring more to the series. We have decided what would be best for the Series and we're staying with the 2010 program once again in 2011 and beyond. The entire Outlaw staff is extremely excited for the continuing relationship. As we continue to grow not only as a company but watching the Main Event Series grow as well only adds to the equation. With Sponsors like GoPro, ROCKSTAR, Thor and many others as it is AMA sanctioned things are only growing.
Speaking of adding, Freestone Co Raceway (freestonemx.com) will be on the stops of 11's agenda. With riders from Florida to Arizona in attendance this year, we look forward to expanding EVEN FURTHER next year.
Check back here as often as possible for 2011's schedule and other important info that you will need to know.
Outlaw452 - James Marshall
3 Palms Finale
Once again, 3 Palms holds the key to the Outlaw452.com Main Event Series with 300+ entries at the opener on August 14 and once again October 24! Kevin Johnson taking home the Pro class victory once again and edging out V-Mac Vernon McKiddie in overall wins (with V-Mac missing the Splendora round) but a surprising ride by Action Ronnie Jackson leading for the first half of the determaning 10 lap moto. It was exciting to say the least.
The high point award winner is not determined at the moment but will recieve a GoPro helmet cam and the Shannon White 100% Award will be given out to a very highly impressive rider that has opened eyes this year. The Awards Banquet will be held at Dave and Busters on Interstate 10 and Loop 610 on the west side of Houston. It will be from 6-9pm on November 1st. Dress to Impress kids, like your boy James B
This Sunday is the finale for the 4th Annual Outlaw452.com Main Event Series at 3 Palms in Conroe, TX. They threw in an extra $500 for the pro's on top of 200% pay back. This time we are going back to the back track, The famous GP!
The 4th annual has really opened my eyes to understanding anything is possible. Entry fee's went up 25% which is a huge success in this economy. The banquet is going to be HUGE to say the least. We will release all details and location as soon as possible. Thank you to everyone for making this years series a success and we look forward to seeing you all this Sunday at 3 Palms!
CSMX was another success for the Outlaw452.com Main Event series! We had another quick fundraiser for the White Family as Shannon passed at an EVO Event with a fatal crash leaving his lovely wife and daughter here with only GREAT memories! That day the named the scoring tower, in which Shannon built, "The White House." The JamesMarshallProject was able to raise $1,200 for the family. God Bless Mrs. White and his daughter. Shannnon is in an amazing place now.
